She has worked in Asia, Europe and the US in the public, private, and academic sectors.
Rebecca holds an BA and MA in political science from Western Washington University, a certificate in adult education and curriculum design from Woodring College of Education, and a teaching certificate from Oxford University.
She has published six books.
